Over 26 years ago Sonic began offering turnkey packaging solutions for topical, oral, and ingestible pharmaceutical and medical device products for a leading consumer products company.  Since then, we have become a trusted, industry-leading powder, solid dose and liquid packaging solutions provider. 

We serve medium to large manufacturing and brand marketing corporations from diverse industries including diagnostic, pharmaceutical, medical device, dental, over-the-counter (OTC), veterinary, cosmetics, personal care, supplements, and nutraceuticals with a particular focus on unit dose-single use packaging.  We have expanded to packaging over 200MM units annually for numerous consumer and pharmaceutical product companies, from simple filling and packaging projects to highly complex turnkey solutions.

Sonic can design, qualify, produce, develop and fill both the primary and secondary packaging based on customer and regulatory requirements. Manufacturing facilities are FDA registered for medical device and drug products as well as ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified in addition to four separate class 7 and 8 cleanrooms for clients in the medical fields.

We offer laboratory testing services that support the design, development and commercialization phases for all finished products including atmospheric, burst, compression, microbiological and analytical testing and full product stability that follow all current regulatory guidelines to ensure that our customer's high-quality standards are met.
